FAT32 supports all files up to 4GB.Any chances one of those files is bigger than 2GB?
Could be a lot of things. If they are videos and have thumbnails then the system might be waiting to re-create them on the usb drive. Try to rename their extension and try again.No, they're video files, ~350MB each. The problem is, when I click on copy then paste into USB key drive sometimes it doesn't show that copying window and if I repeat the process it gives me an error of somekind, so I must plug out the drive forcefully and hope it'll work next time.
Try with the command line:
robocopy.exe "source path in quotes" "destination path in quotes" filename
If you want all files copied from that folder use * instead of filename. The above will also output your transfer speed and will notify you on error as well.
You should never, manually, eject your usb device. Everytime you eject it, a hidden-ghost driver appears...
