No you cannot. most likely you will get banned. RTT are very strict with this and have a good system in place.

I use there mR and speed up to 2MB/s on popular torrents and up to 800kb/s o rest and everythings fine so be calm :)

Yesterday I get banned on RevTT. I was using mRatio 4.2.1 with MR and Waffles Method on 2 popular torrents with speeds 1-1,5MB/s each and I guess I just upload too much, I guess I became careless becouse of almost every site weak scripts so I let it run for too long.
BTW I must congratulate revtt staff really good script it was only my second ban (first was on TD about year ago) in my 3 or 4 years old cheating carrier.
Remember guys to be carefull on this one and don't upload too much, just keep low ratio
