As far as I know, they have been fighting hard against a software called ptliar in the past few months and have been reasonably successful. I doubt there were obvious bugs in mRatio which led to the ban. Perhaps you can share more information about your method, so we can help you to look into it?
Also, why didn't you appeal to them? Many innocent users were banned in the same period. Although it is unlikely they will restore your account, at least you may find out what went wrong.

Do you think that they use the CSS hack guys?Still,if they do,I disabled the CSS hack option on my firefox,and I always clear the navigation data in my internet explorer!
And hell no,they were only 5 days not 7 days!So,I believe it has not got disabled for not meeting the Hd-china's down/up and BP requirements.
