waffles method

hi everyone!
so i'm kind of new in the whole cheating world. i want to learn all these new cheating methods in order to survive in trackers like what and scc . there is one thing i'm not understand about the waffles method. and yes, i've read all the related tutorials. but i'm still not getting it.
i'm using mratio. so lets just say i download a torrent . load it on mratio (setting up the speeds etc... ) . then i click on the waffles method option and i start the torrent.
but what actually going on? the torrent is being started and then stopped every few minutes?
when i need to stop it manualy ? and what should i do after i stop it?
maybe i'm stupid but i just didn't understand it when i read the tutorials .
p.s : do i need to leave the client open while the mr is working ?

You don't have to do anything but alter the settings to your taste and let mR run. That's the idea of having automated WM built-in.

Only if you want to use memory reader again. Just leave it open at the beginning when you configure memory reader and then you can close uTorrent. Or you can use them both at the same time but not with the same torrents.
