You mean you have dynmaic IP that changes with each unplug......

    To all:

Guys you said to join a banned tracker first step change IP, so its ok if it keeps changing with private trackers AND with a new IP from same "block" you can register again with no problem on a banned tracker ??? so what is static IP good for in torrent world ???? it's just headache with low security, what about the 5 IP limit set by some trackers ???

    Yes and yes

For a cheater, it's the equivalent of cement shoes. For a dedicated releaser or someone hosting a small-scale tracker, it can be very beneficial.

That's for seedboxers and people with multiple WAN IPs.

What about ArielJT ? if he keeps unplugging his router he will exceed 5 IPs ? doesn't 5 IPs rule apply to him ? (didn't fully get what you mean by multi WAN IPs)

Not if he stops the torrents beforehand, as he should.

you mean the 5 IPs rule are not seeding from 5 IPs at the same time but its OK to use 20 IPs in a month (for example) one at a time ???

It is. You can only use 3, 5 or whatever the number of IPs is simultaneously. But there's no monthly limit or anything like that.

by monthly limit thing I mean, you can change IPs as much as you like on tracker, right ? (just don't use more than 3 at once) .......static IP is painful...

I can't use more than one IP address simultaneously, so I never exceeded any limit whatsoever.
I just turn off uTorrent (or whatever), turn off my router, on and on. That's it
