humans haven't found them all, so one can't say its the biggest one (60x is not that much of a difference on a cosmic scale), just the biggest discovered so far (the video got it right, the blog didn't)

I'm pretty sure there's alien life in the universe.

firstly, life is all around us and within us - the universe is no different in this basic sense, what differs is the kind/type of life available
secondly, the (scientific) definition of life is incorrect, arbitrarily limiting it to only certain kinds/types of life
thirdly, 'alien' in this context means extra-terrestrial so whatever one finds outside of the earth is by definition already 'alien'

the proper way to put it would be: are there such alien life-forms that would be (sufficiently) comparable to human ones? why not, the universe already has a repeating general (archetypal) structure/pattern, meaning humanoid life-forms would be mostly scattered (on various planets) in groups (like the earthly human population) all around (inside the universe), wherever suitable conditions for their (such life-forms) development exist - it may also be said that our universe doesn't seem to be particularly suitable for the existence of complex multi-cellular life-forms, meaning they are rare, which suggests overall scarcity of alien humanoid life-forms as well
