No i just eat whatever i want, i pay attention to my health, try to have a alimentation with a wide variety of aliments , but couldn't survive without meatit tastes so good.

I eat only meat
and spaghetti
and rice
and a couple of other things but it's mostly 'just meat and some other stuff'
I just eat the seaweed and the plant vegatation on the bottom of the ocean floor. I gave up eating little fishes

Surely there are enough reasons to be an vegetarian or not. I eat it but most of it I don't like.
For the one that was thinking proteins are extremely important like many other athletes...we are being brainwashed by the massa protein hype.

I have tried veg only for one week. And I always feel hungry and eat a lot..veg is easier to be digested, I may be fatter if i am veg

I've also worked at a meat plant where they package it off. Giant ass cow legs are a pain to move!
