subdivx.com is a subtitle site but there's a forum with invites trading,

You need to register before you can read the threads. If you know Spanish, you'll notice that cheating is, hm, taken lightly there. There's also a huge thread on 3DGames.com.ar where apparently everything that's private tracker-related is discussed:
