I don't think it's invite only. I registered there several months ago. However, I've noticed recently when I log in it does not show that I logged (my user name isn't shown anywhere), but if I click on any link (thread), a new page shows me as being logged in.

Maybe they did something for spammer (i don't know),but for me I'm always logged in .

It's the home forum of RM and other tools coded by the same person. Apparently, registrations are closed due to the huge amount of spambots they had to deal with.
