It is highly recommended not to use the same nickname as on trackers, invite forums or BitTorrent-related communities!

Definitely! I would suggest creating a new account on that tracker as soon as possible.

technically if you're talking about high lvl trackers sure you'll be banned if you draw any attention to you (cheating wise), other trackers may not even care to check.
you may want to change your name here , pm one of the mods maybe they'll be kind enough to change it .
