Having issues trying to reregister on thebox.bz

I have been trying to re register on the above mentioned site I got myself a new router (because my old one was not flexible enough to do the address changes I needed to do) the lease times on my ISP are extremely long so power cycling the router or un plugging it for 24 hours+ did not help change my ip so I have changed my routers mac address and on other trackers that display my ip just like thebox the IP has totally changed to something completely different but I still get told my IP is banned even though the address is totally different from my previous one. I downloaded chrome to re register (previously used Safari) so I did use a different browser with no previous history.

Has anyone got any idea why I still get the IP banned message have people recently managed to reregister on thebox simply changing their IP or has it become harder recently?

You appear to have succumbed to one of their IP range bans.

Wow whatever my client did must have put the wind up them I was just reading through the tutorial thread so changing ISP is the only option if it is indeed a IP range ban?

Unfortunately for them that is something I am prepared and in a position to do if there is really no way of getting out of this one.

My ISP couldn't even change my IP so I very much doubt they can change my IP range.

If not even changing your IP is a viable option, I'd recommend switching providers altogether. With some luck, your current ISP won't be the only one available.
