Cheating with ports closed.

Hello, I'm guessing you should be pretty computer savvy to answer this question.
So, I was wondering if it would be possible to use ratio cheating tools successfully when connected in a campus connection with the uncommon ports blocked.
I mean it is not possible to download torrents normally through that connection, is there something that would make it obvious that I'm cheating if I tried to fake upload something? I mean of course something unusual due to the ports being closed not the normal ways that you can be caught

I can't become connectible if it means having my ports forwarded, I can't forward them because I don't have access to the router and the ports are already closed.
However, if the only difference between cheating with ports closed and ports opened is appearing connectible then it shouldn't be much of a problem.

technically it's possible to upload if you're not connectable but it dös look a bit odd. i wouldn't use it for cheating

well it did work with ratiomaster, but something tells me it's incredibly obvious, I can't even use memory reader cause in order to detect utorrent I need to be seeding or downloading something xD

Even if you show up as not connectable you still hypothetically have the ability to upload like Instab said so I highly doubt someone would ban you because of it. You can try to check some popular torrent's peerlist out and you'll see theres quite a few people downloading and uploading while thy show up as not connectable.

it just dösn't draw attention if you're connectable so from a cheater's point of view it's better of course

And that something can be from any tracker, even a public one that won't care.

Lack of connectability doesn't mean you can upload. Only that others can't connect to you. Of course it's better to blend in and be connectable, but if that's not possible what can you do?

Hmm, It only works on a few trackers after all. I use rm and in most cases unfortunately it gets stuck on updating, it says:
(it is left of the "Manual Update" button) "update in: updating" and it doesnt start. In other cases it starts normally with the "seeders" and "leechers" counters (right of the manual update button) empty. The problem is only when it gets stuck on "updating" tho, so, can anyone think of a possible solution ?

ok,
it worked on wild-bytes.net
and it got stuck on "updating" on cgpeers.com and cheggit.com

I'm not at any of those, so "retry when it happens" is all I can say.

but I got insta-banned on cheggit, like, within the same hour I registered and all I did was open RM for 4 seconds, just enough to see that it got stuck on 'updating' and close it. Guess they're keeping an eye on new members, but I thought they wouldn't since it's just a pr0n site xD
Well, no more cheating till I can actually download torrents for me. Thanks for all your help.
