i found some ways but for others companies at other countries but i'm looking for this Mobily Connect .

Dude, I feel bad for you! 5GB??? That's way to little. I think I'd go crazy if I had such limitation.

hi mmmmm: what about the firefox extension called 'firesheep' where you can capture cookie information from an open or public network??
would that kind of extension help you to download more than your allotted amount??
I realize that this is a solution for only your ISP and not another ISP; however, I just thought that I'd mention it here in case your not successful in finding a solution that is aligned to what your specifically looking for.
