actually edison didn't invent the light bulb, yet that didn't stop him from trying to claim it & profit from it, there are numerous examples of his dishonesty, exploiting other people's hard work & ideas (tesla being a famous one) for his own benefit/fame without acknowledging the sources

the sound related invention doesn't seem particularly useful and certainly nowhere near the light related/mentioned ones, it basically substitutes headphones with questionable achievable end-point sound quality (and unknown health issues that may arise from this kind of sound usage) and mostly trivial examples of application (entertainment, marketing) or more sinister ones (sending voices or painful sound towards enemies/terrorists/protesters/groups/individuals, maybe even mind control attempts) or quite exaggerated ones (concert sound)

another important element is his connection with the military/government in multiple projects, which he openly admits and brags about the cash coming from these (most genuine/ethical inventors struggle constantly & get exploited in the end), which certainly looks more than suspicious regarding the goals of these projects (if not his entire work as well)

al gore? leading thinker in the field dealing with the establishing of fraudulent climate theories, trying to figure out how to tax the air we breathe (or more correctly that part which the plants need), selling virtual certificates for cleaning/relieving the conscience of deluded environmentalists, a modern version of the officially supported snake oil salesmen

as for the stroke topic, it would be a better to truthfully elaborate on what (and who) causes it, instead of perversely indulging in observing its course

as for the laptop nonsense, it would be better to feed the children properly (applies not only to poor ones or those from developing countries), provide them with decent living conditions, instead of profiting on them by selling some virtually useless gadgets, when many can't even afford electricity, let alone an internet connection or whathaveyou

as for the chimpanzees & conservation projects, the latter are to a large extent mere experimental projects led by developed countries under the guise of environmental concern, toying with the lives & minds of local inhabitants, depriving them of farming land, securing their continuous dependence on western 'charity' & artificially keeping them 'frozen' in their developing stage, nurturing local corruption & conflicts on higher levels of power, bribing, indoctrinating & manipulating them in compliance & slavery (colonialism/imperialism never ended, it just changed shape/appearance) under the new-old western superiority representatives
