download in lossless quality from an already lossy source such as radio? (90%+ of those streams are already compressed)What this program does is it will download from radio in lossless quality what ever you wish.

That's not the point here. IT's just a plus this program will monitor all radio stations, it can be tune for whatever genre you wish, it can be tunes to every artist you wish, it will automatically cut the commercials and does a lot more thn this. Yesterday I had it on for just 2 hours for my own genre and when I got home I had 350 songs! As far as being from a lousy source I disagree I listened to many of these songs and they sound perfect to me.
Which are formatted n mps so I can burn them on a CD. You can also tune it to any podcasts you want.
Like I said it's a amazing tool nothing else compares to what this one does.

What you hear and the specs of the file are two different aspects. I'd use some audio checker to find out the specs.
To me it's a non issue. I have a good ear so as long as it sounds fine to me that is all I care about.
After all music is for listening not dissecting.

Thanks randy for the post
Just enjoy music, its another way of getting it regardless of its lossyness. There are, however, many other software that does a similar job too
