Im not sure about kaspersky firewal, although I have heard excellent reviews from many sources, but in Outpost Firewall you can specify enable/disable of not only the port your using for in/out but also the protocol, ie tcp/udp too. I would think that all good firewalls will have this ability, just the ease of use is different
Usually u will need to goto the edit rules section... somewhere

You do realize that blocking UDP in certain ports because Kaspersky is bothering you about "attacks" (i.e. false positives product of having P2P software open) is like smashing your tap just because it's dripping, right?
Just make an exception for those ports and the problem should be gone. In Outpost, I had to disable fragmented packets detection for it to go away.

Its an other software not p2p (not running any) but do not know which one ,i doubt in specific software and want to be sure to block it if i am right .

I'm sure you can do that with Kaspersky, or by using the packet filter in your connection's properties.
Have a look:how can i know the opened ports and belongs to which running program (if possible)?

So it's not P2P. Do you happen to have SQL Server 2000 installed in your PC? If not, it's OK to block UDP port 1434.

block all udp except the torrent port and port 53. you might also wanna exclude lan traffic

install a personal firewall of your choice and look at post #8

Windows has built-in packet filtering, also, but as far as I can see it works as a whilelist instead of a blacklist.

I'm a big fan of v4 also, and it's good, but aging. It can't detect newer network attacks.
