At least 6 years ago. I preferred Torrents very early on realizing the advantages it had compared to other p2p.
2003, i wanted daredevil, and someone in the klite+ irc (which is now FST btw) told me to go to donkax and grab it from there.
2002, this girl I had a huge crush on had a brother who was like 17 at the time, and he was playing DOOM 3, before it was released. So I was like "WHOA WTF?! But how!?" so he pretty much introduced me to torrenting, and BitTornado, I started using SuperNova.org for awhile, until it closed down. Then came to know BC-G, joined there, and eventually started going into private trackers instead.
I still rather use TPB for music downloads, instead of What.CD and whatnot. But for games, and especially the rarer stuff, definitely private trackers
7 years ago..and it seems like it was only yesterday...time sure flies...met many friends while doing so, and still learning
Don't walk in front of me, I may not follow. Don't walk behind me, I may not lead. Just walk beside me and be my friend.
I started in 2005 five an been doing it non-stop till nowadays. In 2007 or so got into demonoid (lame) and felt very lucky and about 6 months later was on RevTT, TL, STM, ST, BitGamer, PAT... Good era for ratio cheating, btw
ive started torrenting over 5years ago and it was a good idea to get many stuff at high speed and without worms and other.
i started in 2004 and was a great change from ed2k , but still in the first love too
About 5 years ago now I started torrenting, before that I used Kazza.
