The first part was released in the same time Rockstar released GTA III . GTA was more popular at this time, but Mafia 2 might be even better than GTA IV, i think it might be so. Older times, better times :)

I definitely agree with you, dju, Mafia was way better than any game of it's time
Yea, it's damn interesting to play in those old mafia times :) old cars, houses etc.... interesting. :)
there's some no-cd crack going around which people are saying its working . but its of course sensible to wait for the scene groups to crack properly .
So there's no cracked version yet?
Hm... I could swear I saw a "crack only" release from Razor-1911
Yea I guess you're right! Hoping Reloaded or Razor do release it thou! I need this game
we are waiting for Reloaded ! amazing game !
Skidrow made thier crack and a fix! Some say it's working others it don't
Reloaded is my favorite but I download Razor releases many times too..
I think Reloaded Group reduce the video bit rates of cut scenes in the games before uploading their releases...Not that that's a bad thing...It significantly reduces file size which is better for people with not-so-great connections...
They have their own wiki
* RELOADED (also known as RLD)
RELOADED was founded in June 2004 from the ex-members of DEViANCE.[14] They released and cracked Spore 4 days [15][16] and a The Sims 3 beta version 15 days before their respective street dates.[17] On February 29, 2008, RELOADED released a cracked version of Assassin's Creed, a month before it was to hit the shelves on March 28. Although, this release was later nuked for not being the final retail version as well as having crashing issues.[18] The retail version was released by them more than a month later.[19]
On May 26, 2006, RELOADED released the StarForce protected game Tom Clancy's Splinter Cell: Chaos Theory.[20] This cracked release became available 424 days after its official release date.[21][22]
On February 27, 2010, RELOADED released Battlefield: Bad Company 2 three days before release date, but players reported problems with the game controls.[23][24]
The keygens made by RELOADED generate keys ending on XRLD, where the X stands for a number/letter
RELOADED decided to release an old internal tool to the public when the Macrovision turned into Rovi Corporation and discontinued the development of SafeDisc and SafeCast DRMs. It can be used to bypass checks like cd/dvd validation, trial, online-activation (for beta games), execution-count and of silent cd/dvd checks.[25][26]
On June 23, 2010, RELOADED released Singularity 6 days before its initial retail release date.
Ubisoft used a cracked exe from RELOADED for the PC game Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six: Vegas 2 after a new patch broke legally downloaded versions of the game.[27]
no they don't, if a game release has been modified in that way (removed contents or reduced quality) it has a tag that says :RIP (example: Fortis.RIP-Unleashed), come to think about it can't remember if they ever made a ripOriginally Posted by Resurrection
