Because then you can run Win programs just like native OS X software. Which means you can use RM, MR, and uTorrent mods in their native formats.
Most cheating programs are made for windows, so a lot more options and tools to use under different contingencies.
But then again, I did not intend it as an advice for you. As a Moderator, I assume you have access to the VEM version that has fake downloading included, so you have that part taken care of.
