From FILEnetworks:

Account is valid for 7 days.
Account has a download limit of 7 torrents.
Account has a download limit of 7GB.
Account has no right to make requests.
Account has limited ( read only ) access to forum.
Account has no right to send private messages.

After the 7 day grace period, it’s possible to convert your account to a full account and become a ‘normal’ user. There are two methods to get promoted (quoted from site):
After the 7 days trial period if your global ratio is 1.5 or greater you are eligible for promotion, but promotion must be approved by staff.
OR
By making a donation, in this way your account will be converted from trial to full automatically.

You don't really need an invite to get in to iPlay these days. Just register up with a trial account and get a global ratio at or above 1.5

That's why I don't think it's a lvl 4 tracker anymore.

I would think that both are level 7 trackers. It's hard for me to be objective about hdbits being rated any higher. Although invites are closed, new users are manually confirmed everytime I login to the site. Here are the latest stats:

exigo,fsc,iTS are the tracker where application must be filled 90% of those applications(iTS) are rejected from what i know and exigo and fsc different case it is difficult to find friends from those trackers if we find 1 there are 50% chances of getting in.

if someone want the invite they must start encoding their own source and talk to with hdbits staff which is the easiest way to get in.

the other bad way to get is

They've closed invites partly because of sellers, but reading things like these makes me wonder whether they haven't actually given selling a big push - high demand vs. low availability.

What do you guys think about Magictorrents.com? I think it's not so easy to get in...I sold one invite for 10euros:)
