This is not trading at all but why you care so much about trading or not, anon?. Oh, You're not a trader like me. (We're in the same league then )

Actually when you give someone an invite at today and you ask for an invite given by him another day can be called indirect trading

I'm not a trader nor do I think trading is intrinsically evil or anything, even if it is against most trackers' rules. This situation just came to my mind and I wanted to see what the rest of you thought.

    That's so... T-I

Although I confess I read their chopping block from time to time when I was bored. There were some really nice threads there - a shame only registered users can see "completed" reports there now.

    No,I don't consider this trading.
I've been through this scenario like 3 times and I never had what the randomuser wanted, neither needed what he wanted to give.
But if I really wanted the account/invite he offered I would have just asked politely.

Ha, I don't believe user in T-I especially hi-level one don't trade at all present and future because they won't trade in forum but via other media like irc and email for example. They're just lie to themselves.

I will have to say it is Trading:
He is offering something, and although he is not requesting anything explicitly, he is, however, mentioning he would appreciate an invite. That is simply an strategy. I am not saying he is selfish or anything, he simply knows that he will probably be one more guy among dozens asking for an invite to tracker Y, but he knows that giving away his invite to X (which represents the same or less than the invite to Y for him) he will be getting an advantage over the dozens of people begging.
He is simply appealing to the good will of someone, which after receiving the invite to X, will feel like he MUST reward this benefactor with the invite to Y.
So, yes, you are trading, this guy is using (IMHO) a win-win negotiation strategy.

As often as never! I am an emule guy
I use public BT when emule links are dead or lower quality files (which happens as much as a few times in a year)
