Installation:
1. Download and install Azureus (if this is a Beta/CVS update, download the latest NON BETA release) (Azureus : Java BitTorrent Client - Download).
2. Optional: If you want to make a backup of your old Vuze version. Go to the install directory and rename Azureus2.jar to Azureus2.jar.bak
3. Extract the RAR using WinRAR (WinRAR archiver, a powerful tool to process RAR and ZIP files) or equivalent to %PROGRAMFILES%\Azureus (C:\Program Files\Azureus) and overwrite ALL files.
4. Run Azureus and Enjoy!

Troubleshooting:
Before posting problems please make sure:
1. You have updated Java Runtime Environment (JRE) to version 6 (Java SE Downloads).
2. You have removed the Azureus folder in %PROGRAMFILES% (C:\Program Files\Azureus).
3. You have removed the Azureus folder in %APPDATA% (The folder may be hidden).
C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Application Data\Azureus for XP
C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Azureus for Vista
4. Reinstalled Azureus using the package from Azureus : Java BitTorrent Client - Download
5. Re-applied the hack from the downloaded RAR.

Warning: Performing steps 2 and 3 will wipe your torrent list and Azureus settings.


Single Exe version (All in One)
Single Exe version doesnt need Vuze installed on your PC just download, extract and run the exe. Only java is needed to be installed.

Additional Info:
You can upgrade from a previous version seamlessly - your torrent list will not be lost.

First of all, greatest mod out there! I tried many other clients and mods, and only this one I found truly pleasing!

Anyway, probably going to get shot down for this (hope not, though!), but I thought I'd ask anyway.

What's the general rule for moving a member only release to a public one? The reason I ask is because a lot of the newer plugins require a version higher than this one. Now, it's not like I don't want to try and go for the member title, it's just that I'm a total noob in this area and just don't have anything interesting to contribute, at all! The parts of the forum I could be active in, are apparently mainly german, which is a language I don't speak :(

I have read the FAQ etc and this is not begging for a title or whatever at all, just merely trying to get informed ^^

When I tried to login to my what.cd account, I found out that I was banned from the tracker. I have been using the same settings for years and didn't change anything recently. Maybe they implemented a new detection method? Anybody experiencing the same problem?

Wow.. that was really fast anon I posted the reply and five seconds later I was going to modify the post. But you already replied to my post. However judging by your post I guess I'm the only one having the problem. I have more than one computers. I guess I made a mistake of running more than one clients from one IP or something.

Not sure how they would have a problem with that. There's million of circumstances where you would be doing that.
