Try using a normal client / one of the modded on the site here (they're newer versions), like utorrent combined with RM+MR if needed

zmist u meantioned that Vuze 4.3.0.5 is banned but are u sure all the clients including ut, Bittornado, bittorent, Halite, Deluge are also banned?
check on Revtt's white list of clients and use one of the mods (ie VEM). If they are completly banned then just use RM+MR to emulate the whitelisted client

But the spoof has limitation it does not allow me to spoof above 4.3.0.4
I'm not sure why you just don't spoof another client like utorrent

You can spoof this with the shu spoof (which anon pointed out earlier IIRC)
