1. their pretimes aren't the best,
2. cheating isn't impossible (although essentially unnecessary),
3. ratio proofs and speedtests are useless here, this is a cheating forum,
4. did you try this?

anon didn't say you can get anything in SB-I, it would be "paradise" then. He only said that when you ask for an invite; there's no need to bring a ratio proof or a speed test. Just ask and then it all depends on the good people of SB-I

(and the availability of an invite as well
