Making a torrent appear as 100% done in uTorrent?

Hi, let's say you have a torrent and you need to make it as 100% completed but you don't have the file. And you need to make a screen shot of it. is there anyway to achieve this? Pls help...

pick a torrent from a private tracker, pick the same torrent from a public one and choose to download only the .NFO file, then remove the torrent, open the private one, select the same path and do a 'force re-check'

when doing the Screenshots remember to click the moust on a white area to remove the grey panel under.

I was going to suggest fiddling with the resume.dat file, but that's a fantastic solution. It won't send &left=0 to the tracker (meaning it won't convince an admin that can check the logs), but I guess you can use NoReport-Seeder for that!

By the way, uTorrent isn't a tracker and thus this thread is in the wrong section.

i checked resume.dat but it seems to be somehow encrypted/saved in a specific format,

and that idea i got, i got it from the noReport-Seeder just without using a modded uTorrent

and for &left=0 i don't think its a problem ( does it?), because hearthrob said he:

It'll take at least a month to learn photoshop skill so this option is out. Its always an emergency when one gets caught, isnt it?

Why the client need to announce? I'm not trying to cheat to download the file but trying to explain my way out in an IRC later on to the admin. What are the possible things he can ask for me and how do I get prepared?....

It's bencoded, you can open it with Bencode Editor.

Well, NoReport-Seeder will show you as 100% done to the tracker as well, while doing the NFO trick with the official uTorrent won't.

I think you could will the "have" field of the torrent with lots of FFs, which will make uTorrent think it has all pieces of it. Definitely not worth the effort considering the method cheatos posted is way easier, though.

Your client sends &left=0 when you actually have 100% of the file, which is what you're trying to pose as. Just a way to improve your cover

I think you meant fake download right?

If that's the case, you fake download with RM and fake upload using the same procedure.

Your question wasn't clear, are they asking you for a proof as well??
