Make sure you don't use the memory reader on modded uTorrent builds, for example - it can lead to problems.

The log looks like what I expected - the tracker is replying, but with nothing... the only thing I can think of is changing the port and disabling the TCP listener, as something else (your client?) is already listening on the same port as the RM. Remember to change it in your client as well.

I know that two applications can't use the same port simultaneously but I use the TCP listener in RM and leave my client open. I guess one of them will not appear as connectible, either RM or the client. I think it depends on what application uses the port first.

exactly, and you always wanna have the real client to be the one so there's a 'real' client in case of connect-tests

Generally, if you pass the memory reader and keep the real client running at all times, there's no need for the TCP listener. It's only useful when you don't have your client or anything else listening on the port and you wish to appear as connectable.
