Depends on your ISP.
"I just remembered something that happened a long time ago."
that means will i get the ip i.e is previously used or used few days ago?
Well, I don't use your ISP, so I couldn't really know...
Just try power cycling the modem and see if that makes a difference.

i am getting different ip every time i have dynamic ip but my doubt is will i get the ip which had been used few days ago?
Again, I can't really know. But go to cmyip.com to check that. If you get the same IP, repeat the procedure until you have a new one.

I think he means that he KNOWS he has dynamic IP but what he doesn't know is if the IP he has right now could be the IP he will have a few days later..
it depends how much IPs you change but that's really unlikely to happen because when you stop using 1 IP someone else starts using it and it cycles between ISP users a lot of times before you will ever use it again so the answer for you is NO.
