    Yes anon.That's it.Thank You.
    I'm starting to hate linux.
    I really need this thing on my pc.

    I did all that this guy said here:
    [ame=http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?p=6251073]MinGWStudio on Ubuntu 8.10 - Ubuntu Forums[/ame]
    downloaded the latest version of libstdc++5_3.3.6-18_amd64.deb from:
    Debian -- Package Download Selection -- libstdc++5_3.3.6-18_amd64.deb
    and I'm still getting this error.

    ./MinGWStudio: error while loading shared libraries: libstdc++.so.5: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

    I also tried this.

    checked.
    I searched a lot and it seems it's a x64 problem.
    I extracted the contents of the x86 deb into usr/lib32 but I still can't get it work.

    Look in the directories: /usr/lib/ or /usr/local/lib ....

    For the file: libstdc++.so.5

    If you have installed it then maybe it is at a different location and you can create a link in the lib directory to the so.5 file using ln command...

    (man ln for help) - create a symbolic link

    Sorry, was too slow... wrong architecture?
