what would you say safe speeds are for a torrent who got double the leechers than the seeders? dont wanna say the exact number but leechers are 300+
Pretty much any speeds will work, just be sensible.

We have them in this very same thread, but who cares... just use MB/s speeds if you want, keep them below 4MB/s if you need a number so bad.
