I think eMule is a viable way of getting music...I know in China about 95% of internet users have an eMule/BitTorrent client called Xunlei aka Thunder installed. I also know that the internet in the city where I visited (and was born in) has 9 mbps (1 MB/s) upload
But the ISP's would throttle BitTorrent 100%.
