Get an older version of it (don't ask me how) and use that. Changing the server doesn't seem to work.

ok so back on topic, I cheated at RevTT on new account with mRatio at 1MB/s-2MB/s for 1 announce and then kept it at 300kbs for a night and account is still fine. Good luck to all.
