are you sure?? I was banned but I had the download going for about 2 days then it stopped what would that be called?
    no its not ghostleeching

downloading from a banned account is done by having an active torrent before the accoun got banned.

that = having a list of connectable peers to download from regardless of the state of your account.

I call it "downloading after being banned thanks to your client's peer cache".

Ghostleeching is when you're not banned.

Bannedleeching sounds nice. Hope I don't have to make a tutorial about it, though.

Yes i can. I don't think a tracker can stop seeders in your utorrent.

It can't, but if you're banned with an ongoing download, better finish it quickly - others' IPs will change, and eventually you'll run out of peers.

I was banned on some trackers and it was possible to me to finish downloading in 2-3 days. But it was 1 year ago. Don't know maybe now the system is better.

IPs can change, it doesn't mean they will. And those belonging to seedboxes definitely won't change for a long time

Mine's hasn't changed for half a year, only when I was gone for 3 weeks on a vacation.

If it depends on your MAC you have to change it in order to get a new one.

Not everybodys IP is changing "out of the blue".
