File Properties

I am looking for software which can edit file's properties.
I found File Property Edit, but it did not work.
There are some software which can change dates, attributes, etc.
But I am looking for software which can change file info. descriptions.
Please tell me what software can do this.

What do you mean with "file info. descriptions"? If you're talking about EXE's company, version information, etc., you can do that with Resource Hacker. Otherwise, tell me which file type you want to edit and I'll have a look.
