I am using Win 7 RTM since more than a month. I think it's the best and most stable windows yet. I have converted three of my friends from XP to 7 already. In a gist, Win 7 is fantastic. I have the 64 bit version, and majority of 32 bit softwares work perfect on it. I have Nod32 2.7, ACDSee 3.1 (2001 edition), all working fine, apart from other softwares, and may common softwares already have a 64 bit version. I dont think I will be using XP again, though it is too early to say. Will buy win 7 after official launch

I don't know. I'll wait and see ehat will people say about it!
With the Service Pack Windows 7 will be definately as Win Xp...I think thats fact
I got a free update when I bought my computer, so I'll definitely upgrade. I'll receive it around the end of this year.
I have xp and vista installed (dual-boot). I'm thinking of upgrading from vista to windows 7.
just brought a new machine and thinking of using win 7,gona keep the old xp one just in case.my problem is what firewalls will work on win 7?
its faster than vista for sure and no bugs at the moment

well you can say that win 7 is vista SP3
the improvement in the way win 7 utilizes the resources is a step forward from vista
making the switch soon, also gona test linux on vmware
I want it to be based on the retail, not the RTM
