Installation:
1. Download and install Azureus (if this is a Beta/CVS update, download the latest NON BETA release) (Azureus : Java BitTorrent Client - Download).
2. Optional: If you want to make a backup of your old Vuze version. Go to the install directory and rename Azureus2.jar to Azureus2.jar.bak
3. Extract the RAR using WinRAR (WinRAR archiver, a powerful tool to process RAR and ZIP files) or equivalent to %PROGRAMFILES%\Azureus (C:\Program Files\Azureus) and overwrite ALL files.
4. Run Azureus and Enjoy!

Troubleshooting:
Before posting problems please make sure:
1. You have updated Java Runtime Environment (JRE) to version 6 (Java SE Downloads).
2. You have removed the Azureus folder in %PROGRAMFILES% (C:\Program Files\Azureus).
3. You have removed the Azureus folder in %APPDATA% (The folder may be hidden).
C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Application Data\Azureus for XP
C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Azureus for Vista
4. Reinstalled Azureus using the package from Azureus : Java BitTorrent Client - Download
5. Re-applied the hack from the downloaded RAR.

Warning: Performing steps 2 and 3 will wipe your torrent list and Azureus settings.

Single Exe version (All in One)
Single Exe version doesnt need Vuze installed on your PC just download, extract and run the exe. Only java is needed to be installed.

Additional Info:
You can upgrade from a previous version seamlessly - your torrent list will not be lost.

About that Bencod or something i need to change the vallues from!! Are you refering to the azureus.config file from the roaming dir in hidden appdata?

How do i work in such an .config file !?? I figured out maybe notepad, but its all jeberish ? Cant make heads or tails out of it !!?

I just have opened the file in question and changed the vallue 0 to 1 from donated .

Is that about right ?

I ask because , donations and donated are seperated from me and not on the same line you see.

If donations.donated doesn't exist with that exact name, create it as an integer. After that, set it to 1, File -> Save it, delete azureus.config.bak and start Azureus.

So i take it when you delete an .backup file is to be on the safe side that everything will work , right?

Or does it need to be deleted anyway ? If so, wot about the other .bak files?

You should be fine, but you can move it elsewhere instead of deleting it to be 100% sure.

About the other backups, don't touch them.

Iam just done whit everything.. And i already have backed up the backup files

just to be on the safe side.

It seems i have the "donations.donated" integer set at 1 after all, no need to add an integer this time

Now, i just have to play the waiting game if you know wot i mean.

using vuze mod for manydays but banned from waffles for the first time.it is my new account so no problem.

banned from waffles trying to spoof as utorrent 1.8.1.I had also used custom id.

tried this option for the first time.

they had said in the irc that i am using one client and it is reporting the other.
