Yes because I sometimes don´t know if the tracker is "good" or not

New trackers appear quite often... rating those when they appear would be possible, but it'd take extra effort. Furthermore, it's possible (and likely) for a new tracker to have a low rating when it starts, but improve over time (this happened to SCC, for example).
