well i tried on all trackers,and it only works on FF but not the others.I dont understand whats the real reason here.I mean how come its works only with one private tracker site?As far as i know it should work with all others.I am using Hotspot Shield btw,havent tried with UltraVPN.

Again, because the other trackers have banned Hotspot Shield IPs. You should try with UltraVPN, it's a newer service and thus less likely to be blocked.

Another solution (which I'd recommend over using a VPN, by the way) is using uTorrent 2.0 and setting bt.transp_disposition to 10.

What is the bt.transp_disposition boss and why version 2.00 exactly ?
I'v tried Hotspot shield but on my home connection it does change IP and when i use it in college i'll inform you with results it's so easy to use it, If there's something showing how to use UltraVPN please PM me . I think it a bit complicated than Hotspot shield

Setting bt.transp_disposition to 10 will make uTorrent use uTP (UDP torrenting protocol) only. uTP can bypass shaping and sandvining by design, and 2.0 has a better implementation, so it's definitely worth a try.

i tried ultravpn,it connects to the tracker,shows the no. of seeders,but i cant connect to any of the seeders!!is there any sort of setup necessary?

No, it should work straight out of the box, unless you're using a NoReport-Tracker mod. Another reason to try uTorrent 2.0

when i used UltraVPN i got the same first results of freeze when i leeched from a private tracker it should error "can't connect to this site" but i got uTorrent 2.0 and i'm going to try it in college and provide the latest results

Get the Emu 1.8.4 mod pack from here, since a lot of trackers ban 2.0. I'll update it to emulate the latest build soon.

They can't ban my uTorrent 2.0 mods - they emulate v1.8.4. I put my best effort to make the emulation flawless, even other peers will see you as using 1.8.4.

Set net.calc_overhead to false. That'll prevent overhead traffic from being displayed as real upload.

I forgot to say, since you're on a college network, you'll probably be NATed, that's why. uTorrent 2.0 has a UDP hole punching feature to alleviate this, but it's not the same as being fully reachable, and since it uses PEX to "bridge" peer connections, it won't do anything on private torrents. You could ask your sysop if he can open a port for you, although he'll probably decline.

But the Waffles method works at both trackers. Use slower speeds on BitMe, though.
