Evolution.pt redirects me to an unrelated page. If you're talking about the portuguese tracker BTNext or however it was called, no, since they force you to use an exclusive client that sends encrypted announces.

As far as I know it sends encrypted announces, so yes, it's pretty much impossible, unless someone could ever reverse-engineer the algorithm it's using.
