this is what could lead to something that is really unethical.......tortoring your own country's citizens.

some have predicted such outcome considering the ever increasing amount of surveillance, human rights abuse by the government, the patriot act, the artificial financial crisis; even the swine flu defcon measures could lead to it (mandatory vaccination & quarantine)...
