Too bad that this aint freeware, I would have some use for this when i eventually move to W7..Looks like i will have to get used to the new start menu, as i dont plan to spend 20€ to get classic menu back :)

This app does the same and it seems to be free:

CSMenu is a little application which acts like the classic start menu. It's designed for Windows 7, which doesn't have a classic start menu.
