It means that the place it's hosted on is having problems at the moment. They could also have been kicked by their hoster (less likely).

Be patient, maintaining a tracker/host is not an easy task and is far from being cheap too. They usually survive on donations and sometimes money from their own pockets.

Be patient mate, i know you are missing it, but when the problems are over, expect a weeks freeleech from them. Every tracker does it , when they have a change in host for the goodwill of their members,
i hope they came back in few days its a great tracker with a verry good contend
