The game is quite fun, i play it on my 360 some times...

Also tried it on xbox live, but i do not know why there are so few people on live?
I only get a list of 3-5 ppl when searching and the connections are all bad..

    Any ideas?

It looks well polished and all, it's a famous franchise by now too, although I don't like sports based games.
    Any ideas?
That's strange given this title popularity.

    Hm sorry for the offtopic...

I did first have no Port Forwarding for the xbox on my router, but turning it on made no difference.
The network test does well with both configurations.

I played some rounds with different players, they are all quite strong
Its much more fun than playing against a cpu opponent...

Port forwarding the xbox won't matter (I think), as it's connection with servers are not p2p. But I could be wrong.

Port forwarding does help in that connections are usually made faster and much more reliable; whilst playing Halo 3 I often used to receive message about my NAT type in that it was closed.

Perhaps playing at different times may help; try to play online when it is some time during the day in the USA, as I think a good deal of player come from the US.
