tja hier ist eine Analyse notwendig warum diese das Ding tragen wollen.

Und hier wird vielfach der Grund eben sein, weil sie sonst nicht von ihren Männern angenommen werden und sowas kann ich als Grund nicht akzeptieren. Vlt bei ein paar ist es Gewohnheit, weil diese es nicht anders können.

Die die es aus religösen Gründen tun, wird wohl eher eine Minderheit sein. Und wegen diesen kann ich nicht akzeptieren, dass viele andere Frauen in Unterdrückung leben. Oder findest du es gut, dass diese Frauen unterdrückt werden?

i believe no one here suggests or approves methods of humiliation

the thing is - whenever a problem like this one arises, it should be solved with regards to general accepted human rights and constitutional citizen rights and also religious rights - laws should regulate the basics, with little regard to specifics as this leads to bloating of law regulations and they just keep multiplying, thus making them hard to understand or to apply common sense if in doubt - basically the laws should be kept as simple as possible (a simplified example: what if there was a law that regulated how you are supposed to talk to people, how you should walk,...)

a smart man once said: for every new problem we couldn't solve we implemented a new law

so generally imo:

- equality between men & women - established
- freedom of choice/speech/self-determination - established
- freedom of dressing style - established (nudity & the likes 'excluded' or more accurately: regulated)
- freedom of establishing organizations like 'muslimah fighting for their rights' - established
- domestic/religious violence/humiliation - not tolerated

these are probably all the laws you need in this situation, everything else is just law inflation

if there are some problems with law interpretation (like with the burka's) - a judge should publicly explain what is acceptable and what not, considering existing laws, so this explanation serves the muslims as guidance in their conduct

if muslimah want more freedom, and their claims are lawfully justified, they should organize themselves and act towards their goals - if they don't stand up themselves it is hard to expect that someone else would - male muslims will eventually understand that they have to treat their wives/women with respect and things will be mostly resolved

ja und wie?
Weil da würde mir keine andere Möglichkeit einfallen. Ich finde es gerechter wenn die Mehrheit davon profitiert. Gibt ja einige "Aussteigerinnen", die da schon erzählt wie die Rechte der Frauen mit Füßen getreten werden. Ich zititere dazu mal Captain Kirk: Das Wohl von vielen zählt mehr als das Wohl einzelner oder weniger.

Ich bin in sowas lieber intollerant und trete für die Rechte vieler ein als für eine archaisch-religöse Minderheit.
