It was a mistake and i want to correct it now but didn't found Negative REp as Dark Knight said.

You can give a bad rep by choosing "I disapprove" after you click the star. However, this will no longer be necessary as I have deleted the rep you gave him.

Next time, do as classyboy said and rep him after you get the invite.
