    SpeedUpMyPC is the greatest cleaning program for XP and Vista(does not work on windows 7) just like CCleaner but it's easier to use.

    I once tried it. Looked pretty good, specially its registry defragger. But currently I use Glarysoft's cleaner + NTREGOPT - very useful to get rid of useless garbage and blank space on the registry files.
