You can use a Web proxy to browse the tracker (there's a huge list in our C,I&N section), and the semi-anonymous torrenting method in my sig to announce.
But be careful, I haven't tested it at TL and if they find out you're using a proxy they'll most likely ban you.

But is there some time that needs to pass(days,weeks,months..) and the tracker forgets about your banned IP?If yes about how many?
There's no real way to know. Tracker admins may clean up the banlist from time to time, but if your IP is banned, prepare for it to stay like that for some time.
If the tracker blocks your whole country the ban will most likely never lifted.

if i am not wrong i dont think one needs to wory about ip ban in TL
they clean ips once a month so i think ip ban is generally removed after a month or so
but still its just a belief there is no such gurantee that it will be removed

I got banned from BMTV once because I accidentally messed my settings up....
And places like Funfile and PreToMe for arguing with staff or telling dead baby jokes.....

PS - I am unforturnatetly stuck with this IP for a while. Only options are a VPN or Proxy for a new one and I can't currently afford a good one ATM.
Any experiences with the clearing of disabled accounts ? I am not IP blocked (no error 403 at login) but I'm sure they have my IP somewhere.

Mmmm, ask your ISP to change your IP? If they are kind they will. I personally believe that What.CD take note of router/modem Mac addresses, not IPs.
