You can join HDChina through SpringSunday, I think maybe M-Team has a thread now for SS.
Unfortunately I don't know for CHDBits, I joined them a long, long time ago (I think this was back when I think they had applications and you needed to show that you could upload over 100gb or something in a certain amount of time), sorry about that. I don't recall seeing a specific thread for it but I'll keep my eye out for you.

Speaking of TPS, back on 2009 I registered on another invite forum, one that no longer exists but was considered among the best at the time and was itself invite-only. The hypocrisy and dicksucking that were commonplace became a turn off for me, and I stopped logging in about two weeks later. For those willing to play the "game", though, they were one way to get in those amazing and/or rare places, most of which don't exist anymore (FTN, ScT, FSC, UK-T, FTWR, blah blah). And if you were just getting started with private trackers, well... since half your worth as a person was decided by the rep you had from doing giveaways (the other half was postcount), there were many more invites being offered (usually with minimal requirements) than people willing to take them, so this was a good way of doing so.

Do you have a recommendation? an active forum nowadays? I am just getting starter...

Nope. Only unofficial and its not very active either.

Red's tracker has been down for almost two months. Website is still up but we don't know the real damage. My guess is that the sysop died or ran away with the keys and the website is still running on autopilot or as long as the payment to the hosting is due. Not a good sign.
