They are level 4 because they are difficult to get into; I believe BMTV's strict invite rules, means that if one person in an invite tree get's banned, everyone loses their invite priveliges. And, yes, I would say they are difficult to cheat at, but I have never had an account there; I can only repeat what is available here.

Well, it's quite OK, because it was and is a coveted tracker, with good speeds. Though it is down for the moment, and is not expected to be up for another 7 daysGood.

Can the new Swedish trackers Sparvar.org and Svartakatten.org be added to the list. Both are supposed to be good for DVDR's and as usual, like all Swedish trackers, supposed to have blazing speeds on torrents.

1150 movie torrents. More than 500 DVDR's. 100+ packs. Peerlist shows users having DL speeds of 10 MB/sec+. Open signups on and off. Right now user base is reached, so not open at present
Sparvar @ level 4: (This too is 5 weeks old)
This is in the lines of SweDVDr. Has two sections 'New' and 'Archive'. Has sizeable number of torrents, some 2000+, most are DVDR's, and for the speed, well, too fast. There are some 1800+ members at present, and they are already invite only, very difficult to get in.

I haven't checked DVDRSource, but SceneSound Wannabes get two invites, so I'd give it a 2 or 3 (it's a bit hard to reach 5GB uploaded)

I say that SceneSound should be at level 2 for now; it has nice pretimes (I've been comparing with ScC, because SceneSound don't have a pretime system of their own) and good speeds, but have yet to amount to something great, due to them only being open a few months, and have open signups (?).

bwtorrents in bracket according to contents it should be be 8 or 9 and not 6
since Bwt has much more content than desitorrents and they also have lot of internal groups more than desitorrents
Also a small thing new trackers like sparvar scenesound and others shouldnt be included in tracker level so soon let them establish themselves or give them atleast 5 months keep them for monitoring before adding them
since i think its better to give them time before jumping them off to higher levels
Chances of PTN goin to level 2is high they have regularly started opensignups through application process

well i am Also a desi Torrents user..& agree wih Tinkle about BWtorrents..it offers A wide variety of Indian Content....
8 should be Fine for it..
Also where is Exdesi guys..its another Good Desi tracker also With its internal Rippers....
plus it also offers as much Content as BwT.it must also be added at Level 2 or 3.
