Is ratiomaster safe enough to use, since I looked around and found Vuze Extreme Mod by SB-Innovation on this board .. is there any reason that I should make a switch to that or any other cheatingtool ?

The Extreme mod is by far the safest mod, when used correctly.

The RatioMaster should also work everywhere with the correct settings, and a tracker-specific client file, if needed. But you should search our forums for the tracker's name and check others' experiences.

hey guys-
ive had some bad experiences using Vuze mod (due to my own ignorance- wish i had known bout this site.. ) but now i am a bit luckier using ratiomaster. ive been using it for 2 weeks now, uploading on a 'free' torrent at a constant 40-55 KB/s and have so far uploaded 45GBs - this after about 7 months of 'honest' membership. this is all from the same torrent that i didnt actually download. i just set it to 100% completed on ratiomaster and started uploading right away using memory reader etc.

every time i check my user page on this tracker it does NOT show me as a seeder for anything. isnt this a bit suspicious? how can i make it send a completed flag or whatever else i need to show me as a seeder?

The tracker should show you as a leecher directly, but to send a completed flag, you could set the done % to 0 and fake download until you "finish" the torrent.

Do real torrents show you as seeding them?

yes i am shown as a seeder on torrents i have completed. i've capped their upload so as to not arouse suspicion (real + fake u/l should not exceed about 80 KB/s on my connection). i am also listed as a leecher on current downloads but not the one i am faking. as soon as i post this i will try to set the completed to 99% and download the rest (1/100x18GB isn't so much for a test). i know it's risky, but i need to find out!

okay, the tracker must be really weird or something. every download i start shows in my leech list, then when i finish it goes into seeding (until i stop) and 'finished downloads' and stays in finished downloads.
this huge torrent is now in my 'finished downloads' and cannot be removed. it shows me downloading a 200mb or so and lists many many GBs of upload.

when i was downloading it, it was NOT appearing in my leech list! i even tried updating tracker via ratiomaster.

weird. the fake one does stay in finished downloads and the seeding list as long as im seeding after having 'completed', but with only a few MB to the download of that, compared with so much upload.

interestingly, when i am not uploading ANY torrents (fake/real) there is no 'leech list', but when i start faking upload for one of the torrent files i downloaded it shows the layout of the list but not the torrent itself! so it's recognising upload but can't put its finger on the torrent file.

i'm going to take drastic measures. i'll set the percentage at 1% and upload the rest really quickly. hopefully i won't get banned.

i'm going to have to code a client file tonight.

PS: i am using tcp listen but not scrape. maybe i should enable scrape? but i remember somebody saying it was a bad thing.

@konartis: maybe you should tell us the name of the tracker so that others could share their experiences with you?

@all: I've been using RM successfully these days but one strange thing I noticed is that it doesn't report the downloaded amount accuretaly, i.e. I start RM with 0% completed, set the U/D according my isp's. Memory read, no scrape no tcp listener. Hit start, eventually RM finishes (100%) but inside the tracker I'm always @70~80% completed (checked several hours later too). Any suggestions?
