my advice get the grey torrents which offer u download and 2xupload and njoy faking keep upload at 140to 160(which means u will be uploading data of 320 speesd due to 2x) and downloads little higher than upload
cheating is very easy
the reason i say go for grey is u can add both upload and download to u r ratio
there by can act as a good users with decent ratios

most torrents either grey or yellow ones (not to mention ones set on double upload all the time) are quite well seeded/leeched most of the time,so getting good fakes over there was never easier.
aurion though what u say is tru if u check the grey torrents u will find leechers comparatively high enough
and also the download traffic created by some leechers is very high
so faking them isnt that dangerous
but yes also one thing not to forget to not to overfake so much that they find you suspsious
be moderate and slow but movie higher slowly and steadily
Bit-HDTV is very easy to cheat
I have faked more than 50 gb without any problem
I have used Mratio - 200 - 300 kB/s
I'm using Vuze Extreme Mod and grey (double up) torrents there. (always the most leeched ones)
1-2 torrent at a time. Speed: 500-900kb/s or swam average if under 1MB/sec
Also check the swarm speed at least every half hours. If it drops under the 500kb i switch to using that immediately.
doing this for a half a day. around 100gb up each time.
I think that's more than enough.

Nice to hear y'all using medium to high speed there. I've been cheating there with RM up to 80kB/s which is 2.5x my real isp's. Next time I will increase
